Ridiculous that one is unable to get through to them via call to get all information needed before wasting time and resources to go there, just to be told everyone is on lunch and later sent back. If I could give 0 I would most definitely do so.

Adv. Langeveld does not respond to phone calls and emails. I went there in person today, only to be snarled in a VERY RUDELY manner that I need to work through my lawyers.

Great and efficient service. Make sure you have your ID for you to enter the building. Usually no queues at all. Their response to documents you lodge is usually as they say unless there are complicated issues with your matter.

Incompetent. Why should a mere report take more than 6 months! In the meantime the children are suffering.

Was sent up and down by so many people then I was told that according to the Children's Act I already have full custody of my son, which is not accurate. They refused to accept my form 2 and didn't want to assist me at all. Not even advice or anything. The man just said that I should go read the Children's Act and the receptionist said I needed a court order, which is why I was there in the first place! They didn't even want to give me a letter or a signature that I was there.
