Thank you to Jared and Fitness Network for their amazing and efficient service. I recently ordered a treadmill mat from this company. In the process of placing my order, I received a phone call from Jared enquiring whether I was experiencing any problems and if so, how he could assist. At the time I was not experiencing problems, but subsequently due to unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to complete the online payment. As the problem took longer than expected to resolve and to ensure good customer relations, Jared kindly offered to send me the mat at no cost on behalf of Fitness Network. This was a wonderful gesture of good faith from this company and I am happy to report I received my free mat today! Thank you so much. I certainly will recommend this company to my friends.

As a small gym owner, I have dealt with various suppliers of gym equipment. Often the bigger gyms (bulk buyers) get preference on every level - well, that has been my experience. Jared Leask is the most consistently reliable and professional sales person I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I asked question after question, changed my mind a number of times, challenged recommendations he made and took an absolute eternity to finally go ahead with the transaction. His patience and willingness went way above and beyond! He is also backed by a company which enables him to follow through with his promise to remain the most competitively priced gym equipment supplier I could find. Often it is only one person that serves to promote the ethos of a business - but the same level excellence, willingness and attention to detail was maintained throughout the delivery process as well - which I might add is FREE which makes a HUGE difference when comparing to the cost from other suppliers. Fitness Network as a firm 15/10 from me!
