Ordered something 2 weeks before Christmas from Wynand. He took my cell number and quoted me a price. I've been back to the shop 2 times and apparently he went on holiday and no one knows about the sale/order. Pathetic service!
Terrible service. I have printed 3 times at this shop on a vinyl sticker film. Each time I have gone the price has been different. Now the final time I went the guy who was working there said he can’t do it like that so I would have to pay R150,00 for one picture (printed 10 times). This store has no consistency whatsoever and everyone has a different story there.
I am pretty impressed with this shop. Their staff and friendly and professional and prices to print are reasonable. Great working with them!
Just heard an employee of Galoot at Willows Crossing tell the owner Wynand that I am a "bobbejaan", because I asked why an email I have sent 3 weeks ago, has not yet been answered. He told me to calm down after I asked if I should rather use another company. As If I am not allowed to ask if I can get a response. Wow.
Galoot had a few items we couldn't find anywhere else. The staff was very helpful. I will definitely make use of them again for future stationery needs.
