Terrible so so dissapinted by Game they used to be a good store but I went to buy a laptop for kids to do homeschooling. Drove all the way there only to find the one currently advertised that I wanted was not in stock and aparently has not been in stock for a very long time they said this is to get people in the store as it was a good price with good specs and online says in stock, but none if the stores have it and no stock at head office so false advertising also was duped into purchasing a combo laptop and printer as online it says wireless printer but when I got home it is not wireless at all and doesn't even come with the cable so totally useless too. They are cheating customers and I feel sorry for the staff because they bear the brunt of unhappy customers while their hands are tied as they are forced to comply by head office shenanigans... very very upset will not support Game and their dirty tricks ever again.

Game you always win!! From outdoor to home furniture to food stuff its all available in Game. The staff, very helpful and friendly. Prices aint very bad as well. They do promotions on certain itens possibly daily, just need to take time and search around, or ask the ground staff.

Had a terrible experience at Brooklyn Mall, Game store today 26 Jan 2021. I bought a chair today when i got home i set on it and it broke. I fell so hard on the floor .. my back feels numb and my head hurts , i took it back for an exchange The Floor Manager and Inga Tshiki (customer service consultant) both promised to give a discount but failed to fulfill the promise. oh and to top it all off the manager was rude.

I was super impressed by Lebo from Game Brooklyn mall, I called to check on the availability of an office chair, he was very professional,knew exactly how much was in stock and I received the same great service when purchasing this item today. I definitely recommend this Game store!

I was in smach and grab, lost everything in handbag, ID, cell phone ect. Went to MTN, got new sim card with passport. Went to Game Brooklyn, to buy new phone. Had following documents with me: Passport Copy of ID proof of address Proof of bank Drivers license They refuse, selling phone to me!! Spoke to queen, Samuel, benji.. apparently, chief manager, and another small lady. They did NOT except any of above documents as proof. 5 that i showed them! They told me, the except foreigners passports as proof, but NOT SA passports!! Like botswa, Mozambique, Nigeria ect ect. Total discrimination!! I whent to Ackermans, Elarduspark... and got cell phone immediately! Very bad service.. totally unfair, will NEVER suppport Game ever again!! Never!! Shame on Game!!!!!!

Was insulted by the security guard at thee door. When I approached her to make find out what the issue was she was rude and told me to get over it. Left the store feeling like a beggar. Not sure I will be motivated to use Game Brooklyn anytime soon.

For the first time I experienced friendly and helpful staff at the checkout. I would have given it 5 stars, if it wasn't for the lack in the variety of stock as well as the pricing which wasn't visible or not there at all
