The manager Magdeline Mogasho was so horrible to her stuff. The way she shouted at one of the ladies from Vivo was bad it left us as a family shocked and terrified, we ended up asking ourselves if its because we are blacks. Magdeline Mogasho spoiled our Day.

Yesterday (26 February 2021) we bought a washing machine (early, paid at 09h43). The machine had to be orderd from Silverton, so we paid for the washing machine and extra for delivery for Saturday(27 February 2021) We waited all day on Saturday(27 February 2021)... After phone calls and messages made to game, we were informed at 15h55 that there could not be any deliveries made due to the fact that there had to be 3 or more delivery guys available, and just after that phone call the manager phoned my husband to let him know it was due to the rain of the previous day that deliveries could not be made....

I had to take something back and the lady at customer service was very friendly! We joked and laughed and what was potentially a painful experience was the highlight of my day. No quibbling - they replaced the faulty item. They also do try their best to have the correct number of customers in their store as per regulations. Overall, very inpressed!
