They seem to be full of red tape , sign for this , sign for that , pay deposit , furniture will not be offloaded if you have not settled you account at the time of delivery. I wonder if other removal companies are the same
I have used GIGI's several times now for household removals and moving large items to storage units. Without exception, staff are friendly and efficient, take great care not to damage goods and work very quickly. The admin side of things runs very smoothly, it is clear that staff in this company communicate well. Thank you for always providing excellent service at a reasonable price!
A client of mine used them and they dropped off furniture at the warehouse we rent, their staff borrowed cello tape and never returned it and left a hell of a mess, threw their boxes and rubbish out and never cleaned up after them. When I approached the owner, she started insulted me and my God. Very embarrassed to know that she calls herself a "Christian"
