I called to make an appointment to fit smash and grab. i get there and they tell me it will take 2 hours to complete and i agree. 01h:30m minutes later i get approached to be asked as to whether don’t i have anywhere else to go because the installer is busy on 2 glass doors. what was the appointment for? i had to leave and return again when the installer was less busy. Then the driver that was supposed to drive my car to the back presents himself in a cocky manner to me. My expectation was that the reception would present me with the different types of the product, since they hadn’t I assumed the cocky guy would. When I asked him about the different options, it was as if I was asking for a pangolins anatomy. With an attitude he answered by telling me that I was supposed to discuss that with the person that assisted me with the booking. The options were informally presented to me by picking up used cut offs from the ground and placing them against my window, totally unprofessional and lack of customer care!

Poor customer service. They don't even greet you, very rude. No one has a name tag here, so you don't even know who assisted you. Busy with their phones and listening to music. They'll help you at their own time.

I was looking to get a quote from them. They never answered the phone with numerous attempts and were also unresponsive to my email enquiry. I decided to go in to the shop but the lady at the desk was pre-occupied with personal matters on her phone. I don’t want to imagine the quality of service once they actually start with the job but luckily I won’t be finding out.
