Grass factory grass is good but there service not good. The owner does not come back with complaints nor the manager of the pta branch answering there emails. Waiting for quotes and prices over 9 days. Still waiting for feedback off ant of them.

There shouldn't even be a star to rate this company. Since the delivery of our "compost" I have picked up shards of broken glass, sharp pieces of hard plastic, burnt plastic bags, wire and so much more rubbish. This is not eco-friendly compost, it is recycled burnt rubbish. I am not the only one to have found this in my garden. I have called a number of times and left WhatsApp messages - the owner continues to refuse making contact. I have no idea what else to do, so if I cannot get an answer then at least I can warn others.

Utterly bad service paid for our order on Saturday saryn coetsee said that the grass is falling out they ignored our emails until we called them. Hope the head office reads this. Very bad service if they could get zero stars it will be them.
