Both Gerhard and Glen has been and still are very involved with my property purchase. December 2020, The Offer To Purchase was done concise and all questions asked and answered. Multiple viewings was arranged and both Gerhard and Glen has gone out of their way to assist and make viewings possible. The complete process and transfer is delayed due to covid restrictions and back log at the government transfer Office. I am being kept abreast of status on a weekly basis. Both Glen and Gerhard speedily answers Calls, Messages and Emails. Thus far both have exceeded my expectations. I definitely recommend them to sell your property through, or buy your new property with them as agents :)
