Terrible experience. We purchased a fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and condenser dryer on Wednesday afternoon. Told it would be delivered the next day between 3pm and 4pm. We went the next morning and bought groceries and meat etc... Awaiting our new fridge. 5h30pm I decided to phone only to be told that they didn't have stock and will deliver Friday morning. Its now 2h15pm friday. I phoned 35 minutes ago and asked what time are they coming. Just told they will get back to me in a couple of minutes. No callback yet and their number just rings and rings. Meat will go off today of that I am sure. You have my money now you do just want you want. Poor customer service.

Store is fairly well diverse with products, but there is not much choice in categories like affordable couches. Most products are pretty pricey but they also happen to have incredible quality beds. Staff behaviour at this branch is also a bit weird. They stand huddled up at the entrance/exit, gossiping and giggling. As you walk in or out, you may see them pointing and laughing randomly at people getting in or out, making it quite awkward to walk.

They are quick to take payment and then tell you when the delivery does not come that there is no stock. If you want your stuff delivered on time, do not buy at House & Home Menlyn. Bad delivery service

Worse services I have ever received in my life. Bought a fridge cash and told them Ill be collecting in KZN. 3 days later I'm trying to collect my fridge, it turns out the transaction is wrong and there are missing documents there were supposed to give me at their branch. And it's been almost 3 hours in KZN distribution centre waiting on their email with the correct details. Sales person Bathabile
