Well, after their last survey on their services, HPCSA has intentionallu decided to be wicked and incompetent. First, renewing your annual license is now the moat difficult process to begin. Last year, you would just pay on the practitioners portal. Now, you can't. They send you through many links that look fraudulent, till you give up. Second, their call center is now non-existent. They claim it's COVID related bit even those that work ditectly with patiebts have not gone into hiding like HPCSA staff. Yet, they will get salary increases this year on the back of increases in annual fees with decreased service delivery.

Very slow service, whether registration or collection of certificate.
Wow, no professionalism here. is this he governing body of the health professionals. Pathetic service. also take over 8 minutes and phone still not answered. what kind of service delivery do you offer, because i cannot find any.
Zero stars. A nightmare/absolute pain to deal with. My heart truly goes out to those that have to deal with this office. Thanks to those who do do their work well.

Very poor service they don't answer calls and don't respond to emails
I have no idea what we are paying for.. They do not answer their phones, no response to emails.. Why can't they just separate all bodies like nursing counsel. This is clearly not working out!
Absolutely pathetic service. Emails and phonecalls go unanswered. No accountability for the way they treat frontline healthcare workers, while "working" from home.
