I have received bad service ever on the 24th March ever since i purchased a car from Zambezi ,you really need to work on that hey or else you will loose more and more customers.This was my experience in short:The service alert beep still beeps even after service is this normal?I did not appreciate being told by a service agent that you only top up the crystal fusion only 4 times,as if you are doing me a favour by toping up for me i have paid for it and when i purchased a car i was told i could bring a car every 4 weeks for top up not what i heard from the service lady.Please work on improving your service at that department you are not doing me a favour, your company oparates till today because we are buying cars from your dealership please keep that in mind.One more thing please explain to me why did i have to find used filter boxes and gasket boxes in my car.You better start taking your customers serious or you will definately loose bussiness going forward.I need explanations and answers quikly, i have attached pictures as a reference and i will take this further.
