I got a tattoo here recently. Overall a good experience, the best part was Qhawe's talent - I struggle to come by tattoo artists that make any design look amazing on people of colour. I highly recommend him and his work. But, because it was quite busy things seemed a bit chaotic, we got there early and only started our tattoos an hour later. As a customer I would have preferred a bit more communication & hospitality. However, as a whole I will definitely do more tattoos there.

Impressed with the hygiene and neatness of the place.. they guy who pierced my ears was gentle and very friendly if i knew his name i would have mentioned him on this review, overall my piercing experience was a bliss, fast and efficient... However I was not impressed by the guy who helped me with processing payment, he was very rude and egotistic and he doesn't deserve to be put at the front desk to welcome nor assist with payments...he should work behind the scenes because he is Hella clueless when in comes to customer relation and satisfaction
