I had an appointment at 11:00 I arrived at 11:00 filled the forms they told me to sit down. I waited until I asked at 11:40 if the doctor is still busy, they told he toke another patient who came after me. I was so crossed I asked why, the receptionist Janette told me that she was in another office when the doctor called a patient and unfortunately the doctor toke the wrong patient. Yooh I am so disappointed and my illness became worse. What is the point of making an appointment? Poor service indeed.

Booked 15:30 for dentist on the 30/12/2019,I arrived in Tramshed intercare at 14:55 filled documents. Comes 15:30 no response till 16:06. Working ethics are absent what so ever, there is no humanity. I had to ask for answers that's when I was addressed about how late their Dr(Dentist) was but with no communication same complaint as with two clients that were waiting. If booking for time and time not adhered too why can't you address the delay. . . . . . . . . Professionalism is 0% the place is just opened and they rated 0 star.
