The center was soooo dirty and they couldn't help with the online booking issue I had. The bus service was also bad because the pass was supposed to arrive at 7:50 but it arrived at 10:30 in the morning.

This is were you can find good and reliable bus services from Pretoria South Africa to Zimbabwe and other countries. Each bus have two drivers where by when One is driving, the other is sleeping and the bags and other luggage are safe because of the way they park them.

Poor customer service and time management. Not enough spaces to charge phones. Air conditioning need to be improved as well.

I booked this bus with the information that it would leave Pretoria Bosman Station at 11:30am, the stuff gave an apology at 12:00 that the bus was going to delay, that was the only apology i got until 5pm, when I asked to speak to the manager at around 4pm, she was downright rude, disrespectful and arrogant, never again will i use this bus!!!!!!and I assure you guys, with the kind of manager you employed in Pretoria, you'll be losing a hell lot of customers!!!!! I didn't want to give even a single star, but then because i can't post my review without one, I'll let it slide and give you the one star that you don't even deserve

They take people for granted, had booked a 1630hrs bus but only left at 2100hrs. After being loyal for more than 3 years I don't think they deserve my loyalty.
