If there was a zero they would get it!!!This stores has got double standards ,staff so unhelpful. Came ons Sunday 21/02/21 and staff member inform us that we need copy of id and proof of residence. Drove n 120km today again today to do the upgrade and today they the original id because they need page 3&4 of id document!! Sorry we have done a few upgrades in the past and never was this the case!! The criminals has got more power that normal citizens of SA!! Staff members not helpful

Visited the store today to buy a gift card and was really disappointed with the service. One consultant at the door and two speaking to clients while the rest go shopping in the mall and then go and do something in the back. I waited for 20 minutes at the counter and then just left. I'm sure there must be much better iStores out there who are more client orientated.

I bought an iwatch last year but decided to use bands I got from takealot. Two weeks ago I decided to change the bands and use those that came with the watch guess what?! There were no bands. The box was sealed when I left the store which was very surprising that the bands were missing

We proceed to go to istore Menlyn to upgrade the business contract. Firstly, a waiting period of 3 weeks for stock to arrive. On Saturday, the 20th of March at 16:30 we were added to the queue to upgrade the MTN contract. We were inform of a waiting time of 45 minutes to an hour. 45 minutes later, we were still in the exact same spot in the queue. So we went back to the store to enquire about the delay. Only be find the person at the front door tell another client the same rehearsed story, and were ask to continue with our patience. At 17:39 we received a sms and told that we could go to the store to finalize the contract. At 17:40, another sms came through saying that they tried to contact (which didn't happen telephonically as stated) and that we missed our appointment. So as we get back to the store for the 3rd, we ask why the appointment was canceled and it was said that it was canceled by accident, but no attempt to contact us and correct the error was made. A consultant said that the MTN representative was in the bathroom, no problem. Upon his arrival, we got told that they were offline and unable to assist with MTN. Which makes no sense as we told them from the beginning that this was our intention? How can this store get this process so completely wrong from start to finish? And still be told, we only have 48 hours to collect the phone or it will be taken off reserve. Nothing short of inept and continued inconvenience caused by trying to achieve something basic. Unfortunately I cant give less than 1 star for today's service.
