I always say I do Yoga for Balance: Improve your balance between the “me-time” in the Yoga Studio; and learning more about yourself; and also the way you connect with the outer world (to name just a view). Once you begin to love your yoga practice; you simply can’t or don’t want to stop. Ever.

Everything about Joy Yoga Studio is worth experiencing! Wynand a fantastic teacher, fellow students are warm supportive and welcoming. Why do I practice yoga? For the relaxing, energizing benefits and healing of yoga, BUT most of all for the living in the “now” with every class you attend.
