I have dealt with a few laser cutting/machining providers. Always had at least one thing wrong and getting the drawings accepted was a hastle. My order was exactly correct and very well handled. Getting the order in was a breeze. They also completed work a week prior to the quoted eta. The cad people even fixed some issues with my drawings they picked up. All the staff I delt with were professional and friendly. The only downsides were all the physical signing of docs required but I get why that's needed. And that they don't deliver for free like some of their competition. Delivery was actually quite pricey.

Horrible working hours. You will be forced to work 7 days a week facing intimidation when you refuse. Further than that its a great company Poor poor management
