I am familiar with there gifting service, but i was very disappointed on there service on the 23 August 2019 when i purchased a gift, the lady was not friendly and i had to ask a few times for assistance. When i asked if it could be wrapped, it was just quickly put to together and put in a bag ... no signature spray to compliment the gift.
