I started taking private to try ballroom dancing and was expecting a very formal and rigid approach, my experience with Jana has been exactly the opposite. The classes are fun and relaxed, and I find myself looking forward to each one. I have enjoyed it so much that I am now taking two private lessons a week and I cannot believe how quickly I am progressing, especially given that I have two left feet. I would highly recommend Love of Dance and Jana to anyone wanting to learn to dance.

I would like to give Love of Dance Academy a 5 star review. I have never danced before and needed a dance teacher. At first I was nervous because I didn't know how I was going to learn a hip hop routine having never danced before. But when I got at the studio for my first lesson Nicola (the dance teacher) immediately made me feel welcome and relaxed, showing me her method of first learning the steps in a slow beat, then medium beat and ultimately the original fast music. This helped so much because she was able to show me slowly how each move is done and with her patience I was able to pick up the choreography and actually managed to do something I never thought I would, dance! Thank you Love of Dance Academy!

Jana and Nikki are punctual and professional. They listen to your needs and adjust their instruction accordingly. They create a fun-filled environment during the lessons. We wanted to do something different for our wedding dance and Jana helped us incorporate our ideas into a cohesive choreographed piece. Will definitely go back to them for other dance instruction too.

I can only recommend to take dancing lessons with Jana. I was taught by her for over 2 years and can do everything from standard to Latin dances.
