Malopeni Complex, is a very safe place. Kid's love it and to play and swim and enjoy them self's there's a lot for them to do. With good security and cameras on all corners and spots lites and good security fencing with night guard. Need and clean complex. A good invesment for me when i bought my own spot.
Malopeni is a well maintained complex which is child and pet friendly. I am from Real One Realty and receive a lot of enquiries regarding properties for sale in the complex. People in the complex are happy and content and feel that it is a safe environment for children to grow up. I would love to hear from residents should there be any properties available in the complex.
