Their customer service is just wonderful ohh my God these people stayed from the moment I got there,moved around the shop fetching my shopping list with me, showing me cheaper alternatives or suggesting on whether it was a good buy or not I enjoyed myself as I wasn't alone,MHC is a big store so navigating it alone would have been extremely challenging so I'm greatfull for the workers there
They deal with quality applicance and place so arranged nicely
The place is very much simple and you are able to get anything you looking for in a short period of time

The most terrible service delivery. I order a fridge on 2 July 2020 and was promised delivery on 3 July 2020. I waited 8 and a half hours for the delivery person to arrive. Everytime I called the store, I was promised it would be there in the next hour or I was promised that they would call me back and they were following up on it. But NOBODY returned my calls. I missed an entire day of work and paid R250 for the crappiest delivery service. NEVER AGAIN!
