Extremely costly and bad service. I asked Priscilla for extra sauce. Extra sauce not added. Upon return no apology from Priscilla. She blamed collection side. Collection side advised Priscilla is in the wrong as it is not even stated on the receipt. I then requested to communicate with Manager (Rejoice) she came through and blamed me for leaving without checking the meal. No apology. The service was appalling. I advised concern is that my time isn't considered at all. Still not apologetic. No action, non at all was taken. I lost my appetite. All reasons for a drive through were ignored. Bad customer service. The manager failed to apologize. Nando's Montana is BAD

I came in with my wife and daughter. As I ordered my wife sat on a table that was clearly available. The teller chased us out that we must only have takeaways. But there were several tables still available. This is a horrible treatment of customers. Very unfriendly staff. We will think again before we return to this place.

Ordered via the Mr Delivery app. So i could track the whole transaction and delivery. Worst "fast food" service ever. Order placed @ 18h12, food delivered 19h36. That's basically ONE AND A HALF HOUR WAIT UNREAL. the food tasted great, i have to say. Food gets 5 stars. But unfortunately service was very very disappointing, that would prevent me from ordering from them again

Worst hot pot iv had, more cabbage then rice. The instructions wasnt followed as per request. The waiting wasnt too long considering its a drive tru and they making chicken. Little more time and effort could make a great deal. Please find and fix the issues. As a nandos, one expects quality food so take little more time and prepare correctly.

Bought 1/4 chicken last night...drove one hour back home only to realise the chicken was still raw in the middle... pathetic service.

The food is great, staff need work on friendlyness and punctuality. They have so much space, but don't have a playground for the kids. The parking lot is always full of sand and when it rains it turns into mud, not great. They have a air-conditioned but it always seem to be 35 degrees in the restaurant, if I'm not comfortable, my food-mood goes away.
