Terrible Netcafe. But seems like that is the stature of the hospital. Food was off and terrible netcafe managers. They dont understand customer service

My mother was here about a month ago for a big operation. She had to overnight for 3 nights. I was very worried for her because of so many negative reviews this hospital has on google but she reassured me that the doctor/s and nurses of ward 9 looked very well after her. They were kind, friendly and always helpful. I went to visit her one evening, and being pregnant I find myself out of breath quickly. So one male nurse (Abu, I hope I have his name right), was super kind to assist me by pushing me in a wheelchair all the way to the parking area and to my car. I was amazed to see how well and friendly everyone treated us. I just want to say amazing job and thank you all very much for looking after my mom. You've convinced me that this hospital is good, I am forever grateful!!!

Absolute shocking service. My grandmother fell quite bad. She is 80 years old. Lost a lot of blood and had to sit 2 hours before being attended to. Whilst we were sitting here her nose was still bleeding, blood running down her leg and nobody made an effort. I was actually told that unless they stop breathing, there is nothing they can do. Emergency waiting period is 2-3 hours. What a joke, so much for emergency.
