Melanie is very knowledgeable and provides truly enjoyable classes. I feel safe that she takes into account my specific physical concerns. No matter what mood I'm in, I always leave our Pilates classes feeling refreshed, calm and as if I have done my body a world of good.

Private groups are fantastic! Melanie travels to our homes for our estate Pilates group. Her thoughtfully prepared classes are geared to match the ability and strength of our group, and she challenges us weekly with different sequences to prevent 'boredom'. She is great at advising on alternate movement possibilities for specific injuries as well.
