Baught a bracelate engraved for a value of R1599.00. THEY could not fix the clasp. NOW they want to replace for an amount of R750. This is not according to Pandora promise and customer care very disappointed. The people in the store were unhelpful and had a very bad attitude towards us.

They have 1 till and 5 staff members and it took forever for anyone to even notice my existence. I stood at the till the whole time and did not even get a hello or a how may i help you?". It literally took 15 minutes just to get a voucher anx tgere were only 3 cutomers in the shop. Really inefficient and not a good experience.
