I wish I had checked the reviews for the company. I totally agree with everyone, this guy is a scam. He is quick to respond to the requests, and he is in and out in less than 10minutes. Once he gets the payment then he reveals his true colours. I can confirm that whatever he uses is a placebo and does nothing to exterminate. He told me that rodents die within 3 days after treatment, and when I made follow up 4 days later, he just told me he would do a follow up. I contacted him a week later and he told me he would come after a week. Then that was the end. He stopped responding to my whatsapp messages, even though he is almost always online.

I wish I Googled this person before consulting him - Louis van Buuren is not to be trusted. He is very friendly and sounds competent over the phone, but he did nothing to solve my problem, promised to come back a week later and didn't, and made me pay before he left the premises . I had to pay another company to solve this issue weeks later. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
THIEF. Not registered. Uses watered down products. Does a half job. Takes your money and doesn't pitch for follow-up appointments. Smooth talker. Watch out for this guy, Louis van Buuren.
1st time they came out they were quick and on time. 2nd time that has been paid for in full they simply did not pitch. Were told it will be sorted out this week. 4pm already and no follow up from their side.

Samster Alert! Louis took my money, R1,100.00 without coming to do a fumigation. He's not answering my calls or emails. We intend handing him over to our lawyer to take further action!
We have contacted Pest Control to exterminate termites. The termites were back within a week. During the extermination process, the owner said he will perform a follow-up treatment if the termites returned. We have contacted the owner on numerous times, where he promises he will perform the follow-up treatment, but never shows up. Please avoid our frustration.
