Only three tills open during rush hour. Often after paying you still need to pack your own grocery into the plastic bags....

Visited the store today mainly becaise they had a special on a microwave,kettle and toaster combo. 1st most of the special items shelves was emty 2nd the combo was out of stock after I confirmed if they had,ok someone was there before me. So no problem went on shopping 3rd got to the till i asked for a smart shoppers card,they dont have. Told me to ask antoher customer. The cashier asked a customer next to her,not even greeted the poor lady,she was so shocked i could see the look on her face. Then I got to the Kollonade pnp very awesome service,very spacious and everything in stocl. We bought the combo. Then got home,my items are missing from the wonderboom junction shopping bags R400 worth of Groceries

Terrible customer service at Pick n Pay Wonderboom junction! Only 3 tills are operating and the line of customers are huge. Employees are walking around like nothing is bothering them. I stood in the line at the kiosk and waited forever to get helped. Are we not supposed to help customers quick and effectively especially in these Covid-19 times? I promise myself every time not to go back there but today was the last time Pick n Pay Wonderboom junction will see me. I discussed this matter with a lady behind me in the line and she said I am not the first person to complain about this!

The staff is hardly ever friendly. I always feel uncomfortable when heading towards the tills. I know I will not be greeted with friendly faces. Their staff is always everywhere, cleaning and packing away stock, but definitely not approachable and when you get the courage to ask them something they don't seem interested in helping. The lady that helped at the bread section didn't even greeted back when I said "hello". She continued talking to another staff member in the back. I am always anxious to get my shopping done, so that I tend to drop things in the shop. The only reason why I shop there is because they take "Koopkrag" as payment method and it is the closest place selling Crispy Kreame doughnuts. I must say.. The security guard in front is ALWAYS helpful and friendly. Wish they were helping inside rather than just being at the door.

This store lacks leadership.To add to their miserable service, they tag certain items nd dont de-activate when u pay..Then the alarm goes off when u leave the store nd rude security demand u're till slip as ic u stole stuff.Its time to go to Checkers full time

This pic 'n pay is a great dissapointment. You will find unacceptable long lines at the paypoints even in quiet times. It is time they look into prper cluent service.

Terrible service. 5 Cashiers open during peak time, queue for cashiers backed up to entrance, no social distancing. Waited in queue at Kiosk for about 10 min where cashier was helping still the same client with about 7 others waiting.
