Apathetic, poor, unfriendly and unenthusiastic service. One lady was sitting, staring off in the distance while picking her teeth, ignoring customers. The other lady manning the till shuffles away at quarter speed to go do who knows what because I don't know if she heard my request or even saw me come in. Contrast this to other PostNet branches where you are greeted with a smile, helped with efficiency and friendliness and receive great service. Where is the management? How do they survive in these trying times being so disinterested and terrible? The mind boggles. I visited the shop three times - all three times were diabolically terrible - they will never see me there again.

The lady at the front desk (Belinda) was quite rude from the start (this was the second time encountering her over a few months apart with the same lack of enthusiasm). She makes you feel like you have done something wrong, you feel guilty for trying to send a parcel and wasting her time and requesting information and some clarity about their services. People like her should not be servicing the public and representing a company at a front desk. Thank goodness for her gentleman colleague who made the experience a lot more comfortable and bearable. If we only had to deal with him, I would have given a 5 star rating.

I sent an overnight parcel and it only arrived at the destination 2 days later. I have never had such bad service at any other Postnet and will definitely not be using this PostNet branch again. I specifically asked if the parcel would arrive there the next day and the person behind the counter assured me that it would arrive between 08:00 and 12:00 the next day. Which didn't happen. When I phoned to complain, I immediately asked to speak to the manager. The person says "Just hang on" then 2 seconds later the same person says " Hello, you are speaking to the manager".- I then raised my voice one octave and insisted that I would like to speak to the manager. He then said that he was the manager and he was the person that handled my parcel. He also said that he told me that there might be a delay - this he never did! He gave me a time frame for the parcel to be delivered the next day not two days later! Your employee told me that I was rude because I insisted on speaking to the manager as I no longer wanted to discuss the matter further with him. I courier parcels and use PostNet alot for business purposes. I also have many business relations with other businesses that make use of Postnet services, but we shall not be using Waterkloof Ridge Postnet again.

Last time I am going to this branch of PostNet! Got into store, and before greeting I was ordered to sanitise (which I could completely understand), but the instructions and communication was so vague, as if I knew exactly how everything works in their shop. Then the guy assisting me had a poor attitude and was making jokes of the customers while you are standing in the queue. Will rather drive to the one in WaterGlen or Castle Walk. The assistance you get there is more professional, friendly and helpful.

Ordered business cards and never printed it properly for months I dont recommend this place for business cards absolute nightmare. I told paul that he should put the dot and capital letters in the design as I said and designed. Now after about 3 to 4 months the Manager lukas tells me they dont design business cards but everybody in that shop knows how many times I was there and let Paul fix the cards every time numerous times they have wasted my time to start a business as its now almost November and im on vacation. Now that im in Capetown the Manager Lukas tells me he wont make the cards unless he has my aproval. So he will only make it after ive seen them end of January and also he cant put a dot on the design so I will have to redesn but my design was correct. Total time wasters and they delay businesses. Dont use them.
