We took our rubber duck to PTA Yamaha for re - pontoon. Nov. 2020 The pontoons are done skew and looks crooked. I spoke to Arno more than once but he only makes empty promises. Bad service from Arno. Bad workmanship and if I knew they are incompetent to do the pontoons, I would have gone somewhere else.

They are clueless about customer service. They'll promise to call/ update but never do. Plus, when I paid the deposit I was promised a discount but when I came to collect item suddenly there's no discount. Crooks.

Although this store has recently moved to new premises the boats on display are old and overpriced. There is almost no marine equipment for sale. The motor cycle display and equipment is slightly better. I would give this store a miss if your query is boat related unless you only require a service.The staff is friendly and helpful which is a plus.
