We lived in one of their properties for almost 2 years, the second year we spend over a month in total without electricity due to the owner not paying. We then decided we had to move out as this was a safety concern. They then kept the deposit and sided with the owner. Worst real estate agent in the world. Not to mention the horrible service and lots of fees. Edit after moving twice since being with them and dealing with other rental agencies. They still are by far the worst.

Horrible work ethics! Contacted agent, was assured the property was available, no need to process paper work for approval beforehand, made an appointment. All in writing! Got stood up, and then told property has been rented. No apologies, just lame excuses!

As a tenant in a rental unit managed by them you will always have the shortest straw, they will have the owner and their own interest at heart. Unauthorized deductions from deposits, battled to get stuff fixed and forced rental increases. Pass them if possible
