Very satisfied with their services. Received a quotation very quickly and they were very patient with all the changes I've made to the quote. It was a difficult site and the team did an excellent job with the installation. I'll definitely recommend Robotic Steelworks.

Pathetic service. Placed an order and was told 5-7 work days. NO communication or feedback. Whenever you phone, "they will run down to the factory and let you know". NO feedback. The factory is meters away from the office. Two weeks later "the machine broke while welding the last panel", another 4 days and I told them I'm coming, and they should see that the panels are ready. When I got there, 3 weeks after placing the order, and at the time agreed, they started welding my panels when I got there... Had to wait 2.5 hours. And even then the quality was pathetic. Panels are not even straight. Stay away.
Robotic Steel installed a 6m Stainless Steel and Glass Palisade at my premises. They subcontracted the installation and that is where we battled for almost six months to get the installation to an acceptable standard. My one star rating is for the installation work.
