Phone number doesnt work. Is there any way it can be updated. How else are we supposed to be assisted if the call gets dropped in our ears. No reply to emails as well. Sent three emails and no reply to one of them

Poor response to emails, I do not understand why we need to travel to Pretoria to get assistance. I have been trying to get my annual registration card/proof of registration and they keep sending me the invoice, I don't know if they even read rhe request. The phone is a non starter. I am embarrassed to be part of auch an institution with poor service delivery. SACSSP you really need to do better, you are failing us!

For starters, email doesn’t get a response. Secondly the phone is never picked up. I was obligated to travel to Pretoria to sort out an issue that could have been easily dealt with over the phone. The good thing is, once there, there’s a sense of efficiency in the service delivery. However, I’ve encountered another problem and the only seemingly plausible solution is to go there once again...
