I had excellent service from Christoph at the office next to Rigel ave Pretoria. He was kind and patient with me, came around the counter to help me log in to my profile. Kabu (I think this is his name) helped me a few days later exploring my options for more assistance. Both the two gentleman was skillful in their service providing areas. Thank you very much.

I received this SMS today which is very strange, as I’m one of the unfortunate people that has no choice, but to pay toll, as the only two viable routes to get to a national road both has boom toll gates. And as I have a SANRAL e-tag, I cannot even get onto the highway, if there is no funds in my account, and therefore I always have funds, that automatically gets deducted as I go through the SANRAL gates. So I contact the number on the SMS to enquire about the reason for SANRAL putting me on the Debt collection process only to find that the number is out of operation. So next step, I phone SANRAL, and the number does not get answered. No wonder SANRAL is in such a financial situation as nothing works!!!

Stood an hour on highway. Phoned 4 times and was assured someone on the way. I am now home and NO ONE was there. Had to run accross the highway. Thanks SANRAL. Luckily they can see you on camera. But that is about it

A created SOC that maintain roads that South Africans are taxed for and that they also have to pay tollfees for. The head office has no helpdesk or any person who can assist with general enquiries. The call centre is located at their offices in Samrand. You will not receive any help if you come to this office for information.
