Professionalism is something a business should pride itself on. Customer satisfaction going hand in hand with this. Instead of aiming to take legal action, one should reflect on how the situation could be diffused in order to resolve the dispute. Unfortunately this falls on the company at hand, this must be handled in a calm and collected fashion putting the customers satisfaction as a top priority. Splash Events fails to run their business with these values and is instead run on the emotional capacity of those in charge. Perhaps some room for improvement.

Short delivered me. I ordered eight table cloths and they delivered 4 white ones and then 4 differently sized table cloths with patterns on them. It looked horrible. They made it my problem and I had to run around the day of the event to make a plan. Proceed to then tell them I wasn’t going to use the table cloths when they provided me the wrong table cloths. They refuse to refund me now and say it’s my fault? Showed them the set up and with the new table cloths I had to hire and they want to now state that was theirs when it is so clearly not, as the newly hired table are stretched. Their lack of accountability is astounding. The stretch tent was also unbelievably dirty when dropped off. Definitely wouldn’t hire from them. So unprofessional.
Extremely unprofessional. My best friend used them for a 21st birthday party and she ordered table cloths from them, which resulted in them delivering 4 white table cloths and 4 table cloths which were a completely different colour with patterns on. Upon requesting a refund, they were extremely rude about the situation and could not acknowledge the fault on their side. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THEIR SERVICES. Short delivery and rude customer service!!!
