Very rude woman behind the counter. I recieved no updates with regards to whats going on and how long its going to take. To top it all off, the guy who was driving my vehicle had disgustingly dirty hands, i could see the grease marks on my steering wheel, gear shifter and doors. Not impressed at all.

The lady on the phone was rude and unhelpful. She told me that I wasn't making sense when I tried to find out about having a head unit installed. I tried explaining that I mean the car radio needs to be changed for one with USB and AUX and she hung up on me.
