Would not at all recommend Sterns - The Grove! Bought a ringset there in Nov 2019. Since then we had to do repairs 3 times. After the resize we received the ring back with stones missing and another 2 has fell out since then. And I'm a teacher, so I'm not at all rough on my hands. Last time, they promised we would have the ring by a certain date, when we wanted to collect they said it's not yet fixed because they don't have stock but they didn't bother informing us to make another plan as we were getting married that weekend. Overall terrible service and clearly not good quality product.

Worst customer experience ever in a shop. Extremely loud music caused staff to shout at each other as well as customers. Did not bother to check with another branch when they did not have stock.
