Inadequate staff. Loud screaming of staff members tring to communicate with each other. Waited endlessly for my order that turned out to be non existent. So there is no stock system and I had to pay for the product before I could even see whether it was indeed the correct product. They are more concerned in collecting the money than making sure the inadequate staff in the yard are well informed on the product that is needed. The shop was dirty and dusty, chaotic and not well sanitized. I had to leave without the non existing product I waited for having to ask for my money back. Products on display was out-dated and fashionably irrelevant. I will never return there for fear of slapping someone in the face.
