We bought a printer and the printer broke not even in a month space we the took it back as it was still under warranty pathetic service from the staff and they basically did not even try and assist me!! The owner/Manager /supervisor /staff are extremely rude can't even run a business giving proper customer service!!!

Absolutely Shocking!!! Prices quoted over the phone much lower than charged in store. When management is requested the cashiers refuse to call them, worst part is the manager(s) was at the back of the store lookinh at me throughout the whole process and was looking straight at me but remained seated. Cashiers are uninformed about almost everything, questions asked regarding guarantees and liability accepted are answered with a simple "I dont know" with absolutely no attempt to get answers for the questions. I also got a urgent phone call for 5min while in the store and the cashier called me the whole tine, not letting me just finish the phone call.
