I recently bought a vehicle from them and I must say that it's was truly an amazing display from first interaction to delivery of my vehicle. The after sales support is where I was truly amazed as it is not often where you get a true desire from a dealership to really go out of their way to attend to a client's concerns raised and getting the matter resolved. A huge thumps up to Andy my salesperson who assisted me and kept me updated all the way. A word of gratitude to Johan their workshop manager who still believes that the right way of doing something is doing it right from the onset, no half measures to ensure customer satisfaction. Well done Team CIT! You guys rock and keep on building your brand as this only will result in restoring the consumer confidence when it comes to purchasing a pre owned vehicle. And by delivering such overall customer satisfaction will only instill confidence not only in your brand but also will take you from being great to being absolutely awesome. It's not always about making a buck to the detriment of a client, but stepping up to the plate when a client need after sale support. Excellent service. I would highly recommend buying a bike from CIT if you are looking to buy a used bike. You can buy with absolute peace of mind that, should you discover a fault with the bike two or three days later, they will gladly repair the fault with a smile. Discovered two faults on my bike on 2 separate occasions and both faults were repaired swiftly by CIT at no additional cost.
