Absolutely useless, they do not know the specs of their own aircons and will argue against their own specs which are contradicting themselves over and over and then try and blame it on my installer, and all he wants to know before I purchase the unit, is how many amps the aircon will pull, so that he can use the correct breaker and wire thickness, with certainty, and 4 people at TecsaReco could not give me that answer and the moment I query the answer they tell me all they know is what their specs say but on the box it is different than what their specs say. With an absolute do not care attitude and they dish out ill advice in respect of the amperages and wattage of the unit with a bid to make a sale. I was a new client, I walked out - they had no inclination of a worry that I did, I will never bother to go back there. I will spend my R21,000 elsewhere with a reputable company that know their products. My experience at number 99 of the sale was so backwards that I am glad that I walked out of it in time...
