Experience was wonderful. The service received from Isaac and Sheila at this branch was awesome. Some mistakes made by the call centre were corrected, and they take their time with clients. Keep up the great work guys.

Poor customer services. Applied for internet line 3 weeks ago still no connection. Call centre officials pathetic as they display " i dont care attitude". Promises and lies. Promised to install, technician missed appointment, they dont even call you for not coming
