I went into your store on the 31st of January to order fiber for my business and get another contract for a business phone. The door man was so rude, almost tried to convince me to go to another store and not willing to help, I thought, it's a good promotion, stay calm, pay the guys and leave. Finally got into the store and waited to be helped. The lady 3rd from the left, when entering the store (counter 3) helped me. I asked about the promotion for fiber. Before even explaining anything, she said she could not help me as it was the last day of the promo, HOW does that make sense? I asked her to please explain the package, she started mumbling about very unenthusiastically and I decided to leave. I pay over R1200 every single month, I would've added another R500 / R600 today. Instead I have opted for a fiber package R200 a month more expensive from another company. When my current contract on my Samsung Note 21 Ultra expires, I am done with Telkom after 10 long years. All because of the poor service received today.

Perhaps someone should just teach these employees how to use a phone...no matter what time you phone, they just NEVER answers. Useless like always

Warning! Ever since Telkom changed providers from MTN to Vodacom massive parts of previously covered areas no longer get coverage and you cannot cancel your contract if you no longer get service! Went to the customer service centre in person simply to get told off after waiting over 40 minutes by the rudest most incompetent staff.

Tellers knowledge about products is terrible, saw 3 different tellers and they all told me different things. Very frustrating and waste of time.
