Very helpful and friendly staff. Bennie was more than willing to explain the pros and cons of each and every mattress, often displaying more patience than I ever could. Delivery was amazing, the guys assembled it for me, the works!(right after I had them waiting in the parking lot of my estate for at least 30 minutes. Fantastic, thank you!

Wow If I could give 0 stars I would have. Absolutely pathetic. Bought a bed less than a year and a half ago Genessi. Upon my request to find out how the warranty process works, as the mattress was sinking in on both sides - the manager Bennie Janse van Rensburg asked me if there was any marks on the bed. If so they refuse to look at any warranty claim as this in his words is misuse of the bed and that the manufacturer will reject any claims. He also refused to assist me at all if I could not produce the actual slip on the day of purchase! Yet I had a statement from my credit card when it was purchased. He argued perfusly with me saying that it would not be valid In order to proses my warranty after a Heated debate about the consumer protection act. He the swore at me and I then refused to speak to him and continued to discuss my problem with one of the other employees. I can't belive that a manager of a store could swear at me while other customers were in the store. This is highly unexceptable and simply rude. IF YOU THINKING OF BUYING A BED DON'T BUY FROM THE BED STORE!! ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!

We went into this store to buy a mattress for our son. The prices are very good and the manager in the store gave us a very good deal. The service was excellent and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. The delivery was efficient and done on the day and time as specified when we bought the bed

Friendly staff who are not overbearing and they are very knowledgeable about their products. Unlike its competitors who you dial for a bed, these guys make firm promises that they actually honour. I was surprised to find them trading on Sunday, 30 December and delivery the same day. I even received substantial discount because of the New Year sale. I kept an eye on the prices during December and it was truly a discount sale. They even gave me discount on the delivery. I highly recommend this place.

If you want your bed delivery in a timeous and efficienct manner then I suggest you steer well clear of this store... the delivery drivers told us that they were en route for 3 hours for a place that is 10 minutes away.
