The Trellis Company installed my doors a few years ago. At the time of installation I was very impressed. Last week I contacted them to come out and perform maintenance on the one door. I am so disappointed with the service. Firstly, they didn't come out on the day they said they would, and no one contacted me to rescehdule. I had to phone and ask why they didn't come out. Secondly, after they came out eventually I receive a text message with their banking details and the amount to pay. I contacted them and requested a proper invoice....two days later and i still have not received it.
