This was my second time going to this dentist and I can honestly say I'm not afraid of the dentist anymore. I've always had bad experience and for a person with a fear of needles it's huge to be comfortable. From the front desk to the dentist friendly and excellent work!

This site does not offer an option for negative stars so I am forced to give 1 star when I actually want to give a -5 star rating. My daughter sawthre clip on teeth, outside his practise, and she rushed in to get s set made. It's a long story of how she got ripped off, made a prepayment of R12000 at the terms and conditions of the so called URBAN DENTIST, who then proceeded to break his own agreement and eventually produce a very sub- standard product. Frankly it looked like a child's toy from a lucky packet. After we returned the teeth to the dentist wanting a refund, his only offer was to whiten her teeth. This was also ineffective. My daughter lost R12k. Be warned, he was completely unremorseful to the fact that he had just taken R12k from a 20 year old s total savings.

3 months ago I took my son for a tooth extraction at the Urban Dentist and was quite satisfied with the work done as well as the pricing. Today my son had a toothache, took him to the same dentist in less than 15 minutes he was done cleaning the tooth and the gum surrounding it, no extraction, no filling and we were slapped with a bill of close to R1000 for one tooth! And told to come back after two weeks I guess to fork out some more money, this is ridiculous!
