Having built what I believed to be a good relationship with Roma over the years, I took my Citizen watch for battery replacement this morning. I was most disappointed when my watch was returned to me as the case back was scratched. Upon questioning the jeweler on this, he admitted that he had scratched my watch when opening it. He then took my back to polish out the scratch (which is now less) but still there. It may not be a big deal to him, but my watch is of great sentimental value, as my wife had given it to me when she and I had reunited many many years ago.
