Theo was arranged to come and clean my carpets. He and his team arrived 5 minutes before the agreed time, and I was very impressed. Usually one has to wait for people. My carpets are mark free and the old dirty carpet smell is gone. I can definitely recommend The Window Crew for your carpet and cleaning needs. On time, professional, courteous and reasonably priced.
I booked this guy to come and he didn't even show up. I waited all day for him. No phone call to explain why. Nothing. He wouldn't even answer my call. Would not recommend them. Get someone more reliable. Stay away from this company at all costs. I honestly don't know how this company is still in business if this is how they treat their customers.
