I first want to thank you for helping me find my dream dress. Danielle helped me on the first day I entered your boutique and couldn't have asked for a more considerate consultant. She was friendly, helpful and most of all patient with a first time bride. She made the experience more than memorable with my Mom and Sister. Ina helped me when my dress arrived and ensured that every detail was catered to and making sure that my gorgeous gown was a perfect fit. My entire experience with your team was absolutely wonderful. I found my fairytale dress at Timeless Bridal. I had the most amazing experience when I tried on wedding dresses for the first time and Timeless helped me. Friendly and efficient service and value for money.
The service was bad, I had to remove my honest feelings because I got a letter from the lawyers. But the very same day I went to them I went to 4 different bridal houses and I was treated with respect. With them liked one dress but didn't buy from them. The lady kept on checking the time, the owner didn't even great me passing in the same room were I was getting ready. Some lady different from me walked in, she had an appointment after me and all the attention was on her and I wondered is it because we are different. I couldn't manage to get into some dresses because the person that was supposed to assist me just brought the dress and left. On top of that I was not given one of the dresses that I selected to fit because she asked me whether I would fit a dress that is priced at 36g, with an attitude that I can't afford it. I have no reason of bad mouthing you, I don't know you,I simply wanted a dress and my sister was with me and felt the same vibe.

Timeless Bridal Couture offers such professional service. As a curvy bride I was initially concerned about about finding the correct size but Ina showed me beautiful dresses and helped me try on the ones I was interested in. From day one Ina was helpful and friendly she explained their whole process and how the dress will be altered to be fit me perfectly. Her service was beyond reproach. I chose a beautiful dress from Colet by Nicole Sprouse. Ina kept in contact with me while we waited for the dress to be shipped to SA. Once the dress arrived I went for an alterations fitting, Danielle was so helpful. When our wedding had to be postponed because of the lockdown, I received a call from Ina to check how I am. Now I am just waiting for my big day and when I think of my dress I am so excited. Thank you Timeless Bridal Couture
