Unhelpful and highly disappointing I needed help with notarizing of some of my documents as required by an application for membership to a professional body. Private practices usually charge some ridiculously high prices (I got a price of R1500 just for a few stamps and signature). I therefore decided to seek help at the law clinic as a registered UP Masters student. When I inquired at their offices, their secretary (I will refrain from naming her), was rude and literally said to me that the personnel at the clinic were very busy and didn't have time to help me with my "student stuff". Meanwhile, after some perseverance on my part, an attorney who we had been referred to by email briefly saw me, only for him to tell me that he couldn't help then return back to his office to get the card of someone who could. I guess he didn't find any of the cards in his office because then he called the secretary and asked her to give them to us from her desk. He did not come out again. I get that they may be busy doing important lawyer stuff, but we are also busy doing life stuff too and a little common decency wouldn't hurt.
They wasted my time just took the story of the guy who stripped my car that one is just a joke even those representatives are not friendly
Poor reception, not very welcoming and dismissive if not within jurisdiction.
